Returns
We accept return requests within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item. Trending Now is not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.
Please include clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label where possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the processing period, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take additional time before the refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, contact us with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can only cancel orders before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may need to wait for the item to arrive and request a return if eligible.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Trending Now is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If your order is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, please allow extra time as shipping may be affected by customs, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please check with your local courier, neighbors, building reception, or household members first.
We will do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
